Overview

In this instance the candidate wasn’t actively seeking a new role and was happy within their current firm. After an initial discussion with Adlestrop around their career plans and their current position, they wanted to see what opportunities were available.

Process

To begin with, Adlestrop sat down with the candidate and listened to what their career ambitions were. Adlestrop then were able to quantify which roles would be most suitable and of interest to the candidate.
