Placement of an Audit Supervisor, Large Independent Firm, Midlands

Overview

The candidate in question wasn’t actively seeking a new role and was happy within their current firm. However from an initial discussion with Adlestrop they realised that despite being content, the firm no longer matched their long term career aims.

Process:

At the beginning of the process, Adlestrop sat down with the candidate and listened to what their ambitions were and what type of roles would suit their personality and skills. Adlestrop then contacted key clients and potential employers where they felt the candidate could develop and reach their full potential.

“They were able to find me more suitable potential employers where I could develop my skills further whilst building on my core knowledge, along with chances for further promotions and long term career opportunities.”

Once interviews had been set up, Adlestrop provided the candidate support and guidance when tackling the interview process so that they felt fully prepared when going into each one.

“Before and during interview processes, I was given sound advice and support. This enabled me to be offered a position with a suitable company where I could achieve my ambitions.”

When it came to receiving the offer, Adlestrop advised the candidate with how best to resign and deal with their notice period.

Result:

As a result, the candidate is confident that next step matches their long term career ambitions.

“I would highly recommend using their services if you are looking for work or considering changing your current role. Due to their wide range of contacts and knowledge of the industry, they can find you a placement with companies who are best suited to the role you are looking for.”
