Placement of an Audit Senior Manager, Big 4, Birmingham


Our candidate was at a Top 10 firm at the time and was looking to move into Big 4 within the audit function. 

At the time of meeting, our candidate was not actively looking for a role but wanted to understand what the market had to offer and consider their next move. 


We approached our candidate through LinkedIn as there was and audit opportunity with an exclusively retained client that we wanted to share with them. 

After arranging an informal coffee, we discussed where our candidate was within their current position, what were their overall career objectives and their next career move. 

It was important to consider all three elements in order to think strategically about their next career move which may not have been immediate. It essential that when looking for a move that you are not in a rush and that the opportunity is right for your long term ambitions.
