Placement of a Debt Advisory Director, Corporate Finance Advisory, Birmingham
Overview
We are delighted to have completed a detailed process on behalf of our candidate to secure a Debt Advisory Director role with a growing CF Advisory firm based in Birmingham.
Our Candidate had previously been running their own debt advisory and consultancy business, having worked in banking previously, managing their portfolio of clients built up over their career. Having taken the time to reflect on their current position and where their future lay, with a focus on considering what they most enjoy about their work, our Candidate wanted to explore opportunities in the Debt Advisory market.

Process
The first stage of the process was to gain a thorough understanding of the candidate’s current position to create a clear vision of what they required from a potential role.
