Overview
At the time of approaching our candidate, they weren’t actively looking in the market but had been reflecting on spending 10 years in Big 4 and what might be next in their career.
Having spent a large period of their career specialising in employee incentives & reward, they had concluded that they wanted to secure a role with a focus on Private Client Tax as this is an area that they had particularly enjoyed at an earlier stage of their career.
Through our conversations, we were able to identify a potential opportunity with a Top 10 client of ours who is currently looking to grow their Private Client Tax offering in the Midlands.
