Overview
Having spent over 20 years in the Big 4, our Candidate was seriously considering a move for the first time in their career as they had not been successful in the Partner process.
Process
Our candidate hadn’t previously considered any roles outside their previous firm and therefore had no active relationships with a recruitment consultant, up until recently.
