Appointment of 2 Partners, Top 10 Firm, Milton Keynes
Overview
Adlestrop Consulting were asked to aid a Top 10 accountancy firm in appointing an ABA Partner in their Milton Keynes office.
This was a newly created role for the region which represented a period of transformation for the accounts and advisory team and shaping the future direction of the firm.

Having worked closely with the regional managing partner for this Top 10 accountancy in recent years, we have a firm understanding of the firm itself, the culture and the people.

We conducted a detailed search exercise to map out the market in line with our client’s requirements. Our attention focused on identifying high-quality accountancy professionals with Big 4 or mid-tier firms who had a strong pedigree and background.
The office managing partner was in search of an individual who would be focused on building a client base and could developing people within the firm.
