Overview:

At the time of Adlestrop Consulting approaching the candidate, they were in a full time management position in the professional services industry. Their role had been consistently progressing and they were not actively seeking new employment opportunities.

Whilst the candidate was not actively looking for a new role, they were keen to understand the opportunities that were taking place in their market that might be of interest to them.

 

Process:

During this time, Adlestrop kept in regular contact with the candidate and only presented opportunities that were relevant to their background and skillset. When the candidate was interested with an opportunity, Adlestrop offered to meet up with them to discuss the role in further detail and offer any advice and guidance of what the next steps should be.
