Overview:
The candidate had just taken their final ACA exam and was awaiting to results before becoming an NQ accountant. At the time they were working in an Audit department but were keen to work in Corporate Finance. The candidate was looking to see what their options were and through a friend was recommended to Adlestrop Consulting.
Process:
At the initial stages of the process, Adlestrop worked with the candidate to improve their CV and tailor it so that it suited roles within the Corporate Finance Market. Alongside this, the candidate and discussed in detail with Adlestrop what Corporate Finance involved and if it was something that they were really interested in.
