Overview: 

The candidate in question was a partner at a national practice considering a move, however they were unsure exactly how they would go about making the transition to another firm. 

 

Process: 

Adlestrop took the time to find out the candidate’s ambitions and reasons for wanting to explore new opportunities. From this, they were then able to tailor advice and market knowledge to suit the candidate’s personality and situation.
