Charles kept in touch with me over a number of years and this persistence paid off when he sent through an opportunity at a time when I was considering my career options. It was clear some thought had been put into whether this was a relevant job for me and it was exactly what I was looking for. From the point I expressed an interest in the opportunity I trusted Charles to make sure I got the interview so I could put my case forward. I was recommended to Tim by a former colleague when I had received notice of redundancy from the law firm I was with. For me the most impressive aspect of the service provided was the degree of co-ordination between Tim and Charles, not just in identifying who would be most likely to be able to secure a suitable vacancy, but in monitoring each other's e-mails and texts over the holiday period so that I was always kept up to date on the progress of my application.

I was made redundant quite unexpectedly, so when I instructed Tim Bates at Adlestrop Consulting, time was of the essence for finding a new job.
