Tim is Managing Director and founded Adlestrop Consulting in 2005. With over 12 years legal recruitment experience with both contingent (Daniels Bates) and search (Macildowie Bates) consultancies Tim brings an approach and a maturity to the market not often seen outside of London. With an unrivalled knowledge and a vision to deliver outstanding recruitment services – from both the clients and candidates perspective he is passionate about recruitment and the legal market in general.

Leona joined Adlestrop Consulting on its inception. Having initially studied law, Leona has been in professional recruitment for over 5 years bringing a wealth of experience in not only pro-actively sourcing candidates to match specific client needs but also advising candidates on how to best achieve their professional goals and aspirations. With a client base built up from strong personal recommendations, a quality of service second-to-none, and the provision of highly talented lawyers to clients has ensured that Leona has already secured a strong and loyal client / candidate following.

Claudia has over 8 year’s specialist legal recruitment experience operating throughout the UK. With experience across a broad range of sourcing techniques including search, advertised selection, and database management Claudia has developed a profile and reputation in the market which is second to none. Market knowledge and placements have ranged across all disciplines and from NQ’s through to Partners. Claudia manages an extensive client portfolio across the East / West Midlands and East Anglia.

Laura joined Adlestrop Consulting in January 2008 as Candidate Marketing Manager. Her previous experience of working in the Marketing Department of Wragge & Co in an E-marketing role, combined with the sales and database experience gained at Knight Frank LLP enables Laura to promote the strength and quality of service provided by Adlestrop Consulting to candidates via the internet and organised events.
